Performance Updates
To stay true to our outcomes, we continually assess the effectiveness of our program by measuring our ability to meet the needs of three customer groups: our students who are looking for jobs, our employers who are seeking qualified employment candidates, and our communities who seek safe, clean and vibrant neighborhoods within which to raise their families. We believe in setting the bar high for quality of outcomes, and we believe in true transparency in our results. And we have found, over the years, that the best way to succintly deliver that information is through performance dashboards. We invite you to review and ask questions about the enclosed; and we look forward to working with you to help improve these outcomes even further in the coming years.

Social Return on Investment
Beyond the near-term outcomes, we have also explored the total social return on our investment as well. In brief, for every dollar invested in The Cara Program, $5.02 is produced over a five year time horizon in tax contributions, social security, sales taxes paid, and costs avoided (in shelter expenses, cash assistance, unemployment benefits, healthcare costs, food stamps, rearrests costs, and the like).
If you'd like to learn more about how our social return was calculated, please click here.
Our Financial Statements
