Independent evaluator Nonprofit Investor (NPI) (http://nonprofitinvestor.org) recently released a report analyzing The Cara Program and we are thrilled to share that the reviews are favorable. NPI reviewed our website, audited financial statements and more and honored us with a “Buy” rating. The report says, “TCP has proven to be effective in helping break the cycle of poverty and homelessness in the Chicago Area through its job training and retention services, social enterprises, community centers and its partnerships with other organizations.
