The Cara Program would like to thank everyone who participated in this year's New Celebration! We were excited to have one of the largest teams participate in the AIDS Foundation's 5K Run/Walk on October 3, 2009 with 91 team members!
And, we are thrilled to report that our Run/Walk team raised over $11,000 to support The Cara Program! Thank you to all who joined us on Run/Walk day to participate in the race or to volunteer, and to all of those who pledged their support.
This year's theme was "Who motivated you to give 110% today?" And we'd have to say - today, and every day, it is you - our friends (our caras) who believe in this mission and who do the heavy lifting, selfless giving, and running+walking to make this program thrive!
